The new TOP RAM HT has been developed to cope with the working conditions of row crops - such as vineyards and olive groves - where maneuverability, power and precision are decisive factors. Its reinforced structure and double gear transmission system ensure constant power and balanced operation, even in the presence of dense material or large woody debris.
The machine incorporates a high efficiency rotary feeder, a system that facilitates the collection and entry of pruning debris from the ground into the shredding cavity. This design allows a continuous flow of material, avoiding jams and significantly improving the hourly work capacity.
The result is uniform, uninterrupted shredding with superior performance compared to conventional shredders.
High-quality shredding with less energy consumption
One of the key elements of the TOP RAM HT is its set of double-edged hammers, specially designed for heavy-duty work. Each hammer, with a diameter of 400 mm and a width of 100 mm, acts with force and precision on branches and plant debris, ensuring complete disintegration.
In addition, the helical arrangement of the blades on the rotor contributes to a smoother operation of the shredding roller, reducing vibrations and minimizing the tractor's energy consumption.
This advanced design not only improves shredding quality, but also extends component life and reduces maintenance costs. The TOP RAM HT thus offers higher productivity with lower fuel consumption, a factor increasingly valued by professional farmers.
Adaptability and control at work
Another of the outstanding advantages of the TOP RAM HT is its adjustable opening tailgate, which allows adjusting the chopping size according to the needs of the crop or the type of plant residue. Two versions for different needs
The TOP RAM HT is available in two models:
- TOP RAM HT 140, with a working width of 1,400 mm and a recommended power of 80-120 hp.
- TOP RAM HT 180, with a working width of 1,800 mm and a recommended power of 90-200 hp.
Both versions share the same construction quality and high-performance components, ensuring optimum adaptation to different tractor powers and farm types. The overall dimensions - with lengths of 1670 mm and 2070 mm, respectively - allow a perfect balance between working capacity and ease of maneuverability.
